Can I Cancel My Order

Answer

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. If your order may be cancelled, please send Email to us.

Cancellation Policy

All orders that are cancelled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed. And 20% of the total amount will be charged as refund fee. (as required by our process or bank transfer charge)

Can I Change My Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. There is a short period of time in which an order may be cancelled. If your order can be cancelled, we encourage you to replace the order at your earliest convenience.
