All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at Wonderfulwatch.com. Repair or warranty service performed by entities other than Wonderfulwatch.com will void this warranty.

Warranty Service Instructions: |
- Contact Customer Service
- You will be provided with a Return Merchant Authorization Number
- This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
- When sending in your watch for warranty service, please include the following:
- Your name
- Original invoice number
- RMA number
- Detailed description of the problem
- Your return address, phone number, and e-mail address
- Your original bill of purchase to validate the date of purchase
- $10.00 to cover processing, handling & return- please make check out to Wonderfulwatch.com
- Ship the watch to Wonderfulwatch.com
- Customer service will provide you with the returns address
- Pack your watch in its original packing materials for shipping via a reliable, trackable carrier, such as UPS or FEDEX
- All shipping costs are your responsibility
- For your protection, you should insure your watch for at least its purchase price
Wonderfulwatch.com is not responsible for any watch that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
