BROKEN WATCH RESENDING REGULATIONS
1.
Outer Broken ie. glass, hands dropping,
etc
Resend watch(es) and ask customers to retain the broken watch(es), so that they
can send watches back to us when they are accumulated to
5 pieces. It can reduce the loss both of customers and company. The group
leaders can manage to it directly and sign their names on the order forms
against the watches resent.
2.
Fittings Broken i.e. Boxes, straps,
bracelets, bands, etc
Resend the accessory, i.e. Boxes, straps, bracelets, bands, etc. Sales can
manage to deal with the affairs and note it on the order forms.
3.
Functional Problems i.e. Speed slowing down, calendar unworkable, etc
Resend watch(es) and ask
customers to retain the broken watch(es), so that they can send watches back to
us when they are accumulated to 5 pieces. In this
case, group leaders must consult with manager for the decisions, especially the
Swiss movement watches.
4. When watches are being sent back,
ask customers to note goods bills with letters: SAMPLE OF BOXES/GIFES/HARDWARES.
The insurance value of watch is calculated by $5 per piece.

Customers must choose the post office to ship the watches to us.
6.
We offer compensation to customer for the watches loss and fee of
resending.
Goods value more than $40, $5 compensation per piece;
Goods value $30 to $40, $4 compensation per piece;
Less than $30, $3 compensation per piece;
If customers have enjoyed the discount or wholesale price, $2 compensation per
piece.
7.
Watches are being held back and confiscated by customs during the
resending
Firstly, we will going to keep the compensation and do not play the claim for
loss if Customers would have chosen the express company to ship the watches and
followed the process we advise.
Secondly, if watches are being confiscated by customs for the reasons of
customers not following our requirements, we will ask customers send us $15 more
as the shipping fee to resend their watch(es).
8. Basically,
watches must be sent back when the amount is
more than 5 pieces. Swiss
movement watches are under the exception, that is, watches must be sent back
when the amount is 1 piece.
9.
All resending watch or accessory much
be new/unused, and should email us in 3 days
after receive the package. If the watch is used, we can’t arrange resending and
only can be REPAIR.
NOTE: Watches sending back and
resending details
All sales must new a file behind every customer documents with the content of
details of watches sending back and resending. So that we can follow the
customers well and offer our service perfectly.

HOLD BY CUSTOMS RESENDING REGULATIONS
1. WATCHES
A. With Insurance: If customer
has purchased the shipping insurance and the package hold by customs, we will
arrange FREE resending.
B. Without Insurance
If the customer hasn’t paid the shipping insurance, we would resend the package
again, but the resending charged as following:
1pc: Total value x 50% + $20 delivery cost (via EMS);
2pc: Total value x 50% + $20 shipping (via EMS)
3-6pcs: Total value x 50% (via EMS)
More than 6pcs: Total value X 33%
2. BOXES
A. Free box
If the free box detain by Custom: it would be not resend again.
B. Brand box
a. With Insurance
If customer has purchased the shipping insurance and the package hold by
customs, we will arrange FREE resending.
b. Without Insurance
If the customer hasn’t paid the shipping insurance, we would resend the package
again, but the resending charged as following:
1pc: Total value x 50% + $20 delivery
cost (via EMS);
2pc: Total value x 50% + $20 shipping (via EMS)
3-6pcs: Total value x 50% (via EMS)
More than 6pcs: Total value X 33%

NEW ADDRESS
A. if the customer still use the same shipping way as before, so the customer
would offer us a new delivery address and the receiver name.
B. if the customer exchange the shipping way, we also suggest the customer offer
a new delivery address and the receiver name. It’s just for the safety.
